Michael W. Nimtsch Chief Financial Officer IFCO SYSTEMS N.V.

O Dr. Michael W. Nimtsch ορίστηκε τον Οκτώβριο του 2000 Διευθυντής Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών (Chief Financial Officer) της εταιρείας και μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου από την 1^η Απριλίου 2008 έως 25 Μαΐου 2011. Σε σχέση με την εισαγωγή της μονοβάθμιας δομής του Board, ο Dr.Nimtsch διορίσθηκε ως Executive Member και Διευθυντής Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών (Chief Financial Officer) του Board of Directors από τις 26 Μαΐου 2011.

Περαιτέρω τον Δεκέμβριο του 2000 έγινε Γενικός Διευθυντής της IFCO SYSTEMS Ε.Π.Ε. και της IFCO SYSTEMS Management Ε.Π.Ε. Επίσης είναι Γενικός Διευθυντής και μέλος του Εποπτικού Συμβουλίου διαφόρων θυγατρικών της εταιρείας IFCO SYSTEMS. Πριν από την είσοδό του στην εταιρεία μας, ο κ. Dr. Nimtsch διετέλεσε Διευθυντής Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών (Chief Financial Officer) της Hagemeyer Deutschland Ε.Π.Ε., μιας εταιρείας δραστηριοποιούμενης στο χονδρικό εμπόριο ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού, στην οποία ήταν αρμόδιος για τα Οικονομικά, τις Αγορές, τις αλλοδαπές θυγατρικές εταιρείες, το λιανικό εμπόριο και το Προσωπικό. Πριν την δραστηριοποίησή του στην εταιρεία Hagemeyer Deutschland Ε.Π.Ε. ο κ. Dr. Nimtsch είχε εργασθεί ως Φορολογικός Σύμβουλος και Οικονομικός Ελεγκτής στηνεταιρεία Deloitte & Touche καθώς και στην εταιρεία PricewaterhouseCoopers. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Οικονομίας Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου του Μονάχου.
