Dr. Bernd Malmström

O Dr. Bernd Malmström εξελέγη στο Εποπτικό Συμβούλιο της εταιρείας τον Δεκέμβριο του 2005 και στις 26 Σεπτεμβρίου του 2006 ψηφίστηκε Πρόεδρος αυτού. O Dr. Bernd Malmströmαρχικά εξελέγη για μια περίοδο τεσσάρων ετών και επανεκλέχτηκε για ακόμη μία περίοδο τεσσάρων ετών στις 27 Μαρτίου 2009. Εν όψει της εισαγωγής της μονοβάθμιας δομής του διοικητικού συμβουλίου, ο Dr. Bernd Malmström παραιτήθηκε από τα καθήκοντα του ως executivememberτου SupervisoryBoardστις 25 Μαϊου 2011. O Dr. Bernd Malmström εκλέχτηκε ως non-executivememberκαι Πρόεδρος του Board of Directors για μία περίοδο τεσσάρων ετών από τις 26 Μαΐου 2011.
